Introduction

Project Journey displays data in new and innovative ways and allows organizations to seamlessly work with graph technologies, AI/ML model, visualization tool, microservices to identify the complex relationships and patterns of data and enrich the business value in a single application. Project Journey can have a comprehensive view cross data sources and support any type of vertical use including data lineage, personalizing customer experience, crime investigation, transport optimization, emergency management, insurance fraud, retail tracing, etc.

The architecture Project Journey is based on the principle of open, cloud-native, and AI-driven. This solution can be deployed on cloud, on-prem or hybrid using the container technology. The UI component communicates with the microservices over the API Management. Microservices can support gathering and processing the data from different sources like social media, news, CRM, event streams, files, databases, etc., also talk to the backend components which consist persistent stores like graph databases, relational databases and messaging layers. It also has analytics capabilities to provide insight to data and embed in the UI, also connected with notification service to trigger the following actions if conditions match.
