Troubleshooting

1.Certification Error

If your graph or video cannot show on the dashboard, you can use Developer Tools on browser to check if the certification error exists.

If you met the certification error, you can type “thisisunsafe” on the website directly to pass the error temporarily.
It would show the EOF message on the site.

Back to the dashboard and refresh, the error should be fixed.
